1. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be 18 years or older to create an account or use the Services.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Life Flow reserves the right to refuse service or terminate accounts at our discretion.

2. Acceptable Use

3. Intellectual Property & User Content

All content, branding, and materials are the exclusive property of Life Flow Enterprises, LLC, unless otherwise credited to licensed partners or original sources.

By submitting content (comments, posts, or uploads), you grant Life Flow a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display such content for operation of the Services.

You represent and warrant that you own or have rights to any content you provide.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided for psychoeducational and supplemental purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

The Services are provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Life Flow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
Total liability for any claim related to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for use of the Services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Life Flow, its officers, employees, and affiliates from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the Services.

Upon termination, your right to access the Services ceases immediately.

Provisions on intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution survive termination.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.

Any disputes will first be subject to good-faith mediation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in Toledo, Ohio.

By using the Services, you waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted with a new “Effective Date.” Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
